Please read the terms & conditions prior to your booking

Check-In time is at 15.00 and Check-Out Time is 11.00am

If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.

Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.

Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.

The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.

Please be advised that we will use your credit card as a guarantee for any unsettled extras due, including mini-bar upon check-out

Breakfast timings are 9.00 – 12.00 noon henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

 

Cancellation Policy

Due to Covid-19 situation our cancellation policy has become more flexible 

The guests can cancel their booking for free up to a day prior to check in. 

Cancellations made from the 24 hours prior to check in up until the day of the arrival are charged 100% of the booking

In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 6% as payment processing charges.

Once the reservation is complete the hotel and the guest are bound to the terms & conditions policy

The hotel has the right to deny the reservation if the credit card does not apply within three working days. The client would be informed prior any action and alternatives payment options would be provided

Note: Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.

 

Amendment Policy

Amendments will be treated as cancellation.

Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.

 

Hotel policy

Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the main swimming pool

In the common areas food and beverages that are not purchased within the hotel premises are not allowed

Pets are not allowed

Swimming pool operated from 09.00 – 19.00

Restaurant operates from 12.00 – 00.00

Pool Bar operates from 09.00 – 01.00
